MDW explained the CRA’s latest Transfer Pricing Memo (TPM-14) for updating the Information Circular 87-2R on Transfer Pricing to include the latest revisions to the OECD Guidelines including the “most appropriate method in the circumstances”, use of profit methods, comparability analysis, and business restructuring.
