As the lead practitioner at MDW, Matthew Wall:

  • Has specialized in transfer pricing since 1996.
  • Is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator.
  • Lives in Toronto, and often travels across Canada, throughout the U.S., and internationally as needed.
  • Regularly speaks and writes on transfer pricing and valuation issues that concern most businesses.
  • Has appeared in the Tax Court of Canada as an expert on transfer pricing.

MDW has significant experience having advised companies in most industries including financial institutions, pharmaceutical, software, resource sector, manufacturing and distribution, retail and services.

At all times, MDW works with a client and their advisors to ensure the project identifies and aligns (not conflicts) with the objectives for business, tax, legal, accounting, etc.

When needed, Matthew will involve transfer pricing professionals in other countries to ensure each project balances the transfer pricing rules in Canada and all of a client’s international operations.

MDW is the Canadian member of the Altus-Alliance, an international association of transfer pricing professionals.
